Vintage Wheat-Pattern China Dinnerware Set (Service for ~8)

The Story

Large vintage wheat-pattern china set, ~40+ pieces / service for about 8: dinner plates, salad/bread plates, coupe soup bowls, a round vegetable bowl, cups & saucers, and a gravy boat with underplate. Cream/white coupe shape with gold wheat-stalk motif and a platinum rim line. Backstamp: crown over 'Royal', 'Hand Decorated with 23K Gold, Ovenproof', date code 59 (1959). Condition: several pieces (notably bowls) show crazing to the glaze; light use wear. Sold as a complete lot. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY — too heavy/fragile to ship economically.
